If you're looking for a fun party idea, a painting or craft party is the perfect choice! They are great for:

I provide all of the supplies & tools, you provide the location, tables & chairs, pick the design & invite your friends! I will teach you and your guests step-by-step to create their very own project to take home with them!

Canvas Painting Parties:

Up to 3 hour party:

  • 12x12 canvas, $25/person
  • 16x20 canvas, $30/person

3-4 hour party:

  • 12x12 canvas, $30/person
  • 16x20 canvas, $35/person

The host/hostess (or guest of honor of your choice) paints for free with 10 paying guests! (11th spot is free)

Full Details & Terms:

There is a 6 person minimum for private parties.

I require a deposit equal to the cost of three seats to hold your date (to be applied to the cost of the party) & full payment of private parties is required 1 week before the party date. Payment can be collected by you or I can provide a private sign-up page for online payment.

I will provide setup, cleanup, instruction, table covers, aprons, and all project supplies.

I will arrive 45-60 minutes in advance to setup for your event.

The host or event venue is responsible for providing tables (our easels sit on top of tables) and chairs for the guests and any music, food & beverages, etc.

The party host should invite guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to painting start time, to allot for late arrivals.

If painting time extends beyond the scheduled time frame there will be an additional charge of $5 per person per hour (rounded up).

If your guests will be staying after painting for more activities, please take them away from the painting area in order to give the artist space to clean up.

For parties taking place outdoors, the host is responsible for securing a backup location in case of weather conflicts.

If you are located more than 30 minutes away from zipcode 46234 there may be an additional travel charge or a higher minimum of attendees.

Canceling will result in a forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit (along with any other portion of payment made so far) can be applied to another date. No refunds will be given. Canceling within 48 hours or less of the event will result in a forfeit of the full amount. If a guest has paid & cancels, you may find someone to replace their spot - this will need to be facilitated by you or the guest who is giving up their seat that has already paid. (The Color Break understands that sometimes extenuating circumstances happen & will handle those on a case-by-case basis.)
